How safe is my personal information?
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

What are the payment method available?
At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Apple/Google payments.
How do I know that RG Shoes has received my order?
Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order was successfully submitted. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct. Upon processing, we will send you an additional email message confirming your order with applicable taxes and shipping charges calculated, and a shipping order number for your records.
How do you ship my orders?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Canada public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
All your orders are sent via USPS and Canada Post.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a Canada Post or USPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Does RG Shoes ship internationally?
At this time, we are able to accept or ship Canadian and US orders only.
I need your gymnastics toe shoes now. How do I get it?
You can pick the item up in our office in Toronto. Please contact us to get more information.
How do I return my order?
For any reason, you may return your order to RG Shoes within 14 days of the purchase date by visiting our returns page. Please review the terms and conditions on our returns page for additional information about returning goods. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated. On receipt of your order, if any items are unavailable, we will inform you by email, and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.
How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?
Click on the "shopping cart" icon to see an itemized list of the products in your shopping cart. Change the quantity of the item and click "update" to update the contents of your shopping cart.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you can return it to us for a refund.
Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. If it was placed within 24 hours of the original order, we’d waive shipping on this additional order.
I did not receive an order confirmation.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, double check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your contact book for future purchases. If it’s still missing, chances are there was something wrong with the order, please contact us, and we’ll sort it out for you.
I cannot find the style, colour or size I’m looking for.
The colours and sizes available in the online shop reflect what we currently have in stock but we might re-stock popular products.
