Refund policy

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with the item, you purchased just send it back to us. We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date on item(s) that are unused, in their original packaging and with all attached tags and boxes.

Just send the item(s) back to us via the mail with a copy of your invoice stating whether you would like to exchange the item for something else or return it for a refund. If you are exchanging an item please include the item, size, and color you would like to exchange for. As soon as we receive the original item you are returning in the mail we will ship out the exchange or credit back your card.

Items returned after 14 days of purchase, in used condition, or missing any of the original packaging will not be accepted. Toe shoes must be unopened and unworn to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Purchases of undergarments and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Shipping charges will not be refunded on any returned or exchanged items unless the item is defective or if there was a shipping error.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No charge
Whether you have purchased an item on our website, you can return or exchange it at no charge within 14 days in our office in Toronto. Items must be returned new, unworn and unused, with the label, original packaging, and invoice.
Purchases of undergarments and items purchased on sale (30% off or more) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
